You have probably noticed the big billboards containing these and other similar messages throughout our city?

They are being part of the information campaign launched by the European commission in order to raise your awareness on discrimination and increase understanding of the EU anti-discrimination laws. It also promotes diversity and the benefits that it can bring to European society.

In the European Union there are laws offering everyone protection against discrimination at the workplace based on religion or beliefs, disability, age and sexual orientation as well as discrimination in all the other spheres of life based on gender, racial or ethnic origin.
